The first community is a gorgeous complex with vast and perfectly manicured communal gardens and two pools. It has parking within the community and lots of space on the street. Some apartments, even the ground floor, have sea views and others have gorgeous vistas of the gardens. There is a gym and tennis courts on the same street as the community.
Then just a couple of minutes away is another gated community, but smaller with only 24 apartments. The living space is slightly bigger, but the prices are cheaper. The pool in this second community is heated, so great for those who are planning to use their apartments during the winter months. There is also a children´s pool and a poolside bar. Apartments on the upper floors have stunning sea views.

Alongside the beach is the famous board walk that runs from Marbella to La Cala de Mijas. The quaint village of La Cala is just 20-minute walk on the board walk along the beach all the way. The vibrant town of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes away by car or there is a regular bus service that goes through Riviera.
